HMD Trucking is hiring dry van truck driving jobs in Worcester and nearby areas. Our dry van division offers steady freight, consistent miles, and competitive pay that rewards your time and effort on the road. What Makes Driving with HMD Different:
65 CPM base pay on all miles, with drivers averaging around 2,500 miles per week and hauling no-touch freight.
$2,500 sign-on bonus, competitive referral bonuses for every qualified driver you refer.
Additional pay for clean DOT inspections and for successfully completing onboarding.

Approximately 90% of our fleet features the Peterbilt 579, supported by Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo trucks.
Multiple dry van openings in Worcester and surrounding regions, available throughout the year.
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience required
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
65 CPM base pay with up to 10 CPM in potential bonuses
Average of 2,500 miles per week

Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
