HMD Trucking is hiring CDL-A Team Truck Drivers to help meet growing freight demand across the United States. Our team driving positions offer steady long-haul freight, competitive pay, and modern equipment to keep you moving efficiently. Backed by a dedicated support team and consistent freight, you'll have the stability and resources needed for long-term success.

A modern fleet of more than 650 trucks, featuring mostly Peterbilt 579 models, along with Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo trucks.
Late-model 2023–2027 trucks for a comfortable and reliable driving experience.
An in-house maintenance facility with experienced mechanics and a fully stocked parts inventory to minimize downtime.
A financially stable, nationwide carrier offering consistent freight and long-term career opportunities across multiple driving divisions.
Requirements
1+ year of CDL-A OTR experience
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
CPM $0.82 base * + $0.05 CPM safety/productivity bonus
$10,000 sign-on bonus
Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home for most of the states

Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
Referral Bonus: $2,000
Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
Orientation Pay: $150
* When 95% service is achieved
