HMD Trucking is hiring experienced CDL-A Doubles Team Drivers who are looking for steady miles, competitive pay, and long-term career opportunities. With consistent freight, dependable equipment, and a dedicated support team, we provide the stability and resources professional drivers need to maximize their earnings and stay productive on the road.

Requirements
1+ year of CDL-A OTR experience
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
CPM $0.82 base * + $0.05 CPM safety/productivity bonus (split)
+$0.02 CPM when hauling doubles (split)
$10,000 sign-on bonus
Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
Orientation Pay: $150
* When 95% service is achieved
