Our dry van division offers steady freight, consistent miles, and competitive pay that rewards your work on the road. What Makes Driving with HMD Different:
65 CPM base pay on all miles, with drivers averaging around 2,500 miles per week and hauling no-touch freight.
$2,500 sign-on bonus, competitive referral bonuses for every qualified driver you successfully refer.

Approximately 90% of the fleet consists of Peterbilt 579 trucks, supported by Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo models.
Multiple dry van openings in Winston-Salem and surrounding regions, available throughout the year.
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience required
No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) within the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
65 CPM base pay with up to 10 CPM in bonuses
Average of 2,500 miles per week
