65 CPM base pay on all miles, with drivers averaging about 2,500 miles per week and working with no-touch freight.

Approximately 90% of our fleet consists of Peterbilt 579 trucks, alongside Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo models.

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR driving experience
No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
No more than three moving violations or three preventable accidents on record
No excessive speeding citations (21 mph or more over the limit) in the last 3 years
Must be 23 years of age or older at the time of application
65 CPM base pay, with up to 10 CPM in additional performance bonuses
Drivers average approximately 2,500 miles per week
Home time every two weeks to support a balanced work–life schedule

Clean DOT inspection bonus: $100

Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for each 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
