HMD Trucking is hiring for dry van truck driving jobs in Tulsa and surrounding areas. Our dry van division provides steady freight, consistent miles, and competitive pay that reflects your effort on the road. What Makes Driving with HMD Different:
65 CPM base pay on all miles, with drivers averaging approximately 2,500 miles per week and hauling no-touch freight.
Generous referral bonuses for every qualified driver you successfully refer.
Additional pay opportunities for clean DOT inspections and completed onboarding.
A supportive operations team and well-maintained equipment focused on keeping drivers moving efficiently.
Around 90% of the fleet consists of Peterbilt 579 trucks, alongside Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo models.
Multiple dry van positions available in Tulsa and surrounding areas, with openings offered year-round.
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A license
Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding violations (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Applicants must be at least 23 years old at the time of application

65 CPM base pay with up to 10 CPM in performance bonuses
Average of 2,500 miles per week

Empty miles paid at the same CPM rate as loaded miles
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for every 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
