HMD Trucking is hiring for a dry van truck driving job in Toledo, OH and nearby areas. Our dry van division offers steady freight, strong weekly miles, and competitive pay that reflects your work on the road. With modern equipment, ongoing support, and year-round job availability, we provide a professional driving environment built around stability and comfort.

65 CPM base pay on all miles, with drivers averaging around 2,500 miles per week and hauling no-touch freight.
High referral payouts for every qualified driver you successfully refer.

Approximately 90% of the fleet consists of Peterbilt 579 trucks, alongside Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo models.
Multiple dry van openings in Toledo and surrounding regions, available throughout the year.
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A license
Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR driving experience
No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding violations (21+ mph over the limit) in the past 3 years
Applicants must be at least 23 years old at the time of application
Benefits
65 CPM base rate, with up to 10 CPM in additional bonuses
Drivers average approximately 2,500 miles per week
Home every two weeks, supporting a balanced work–life schedule

$2,500 sign-on bonus
Clean DOT inspection bonus: $100
Driver referral bonus: $2,000
Extra stop pay: $50 for each additional stop
Empty miles paid at the same CPM as loaded miles
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for every 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
