Starting pay of 65 CPM on all miles, with drivers averaging approximately 2,500 miles per week hauling no-touch freight.
$2,500 sign-on bonus, generous referral bonuses for every qualified CDL-A driver you help bring to the team.
Additional pay incentives for clean DOT inspections and successful completion of onboarding.
A supportive operations team and well-maintained equipment that help you stay productive and on schedule.
A modern fleet — nearly 90% Peterbilt 579 trucks, complemented by Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo trucks.
Multiple dry van openings in Shreveport and surrounding regions, available throughout the year.
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience required
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

65 CPM base pay with up to 10 CPM in potential bonuses
Average of 2,500 miles per week
