HMD Trucking is hiring for a dry van truck driving job in Plano and nearby areas. Our dry van division offers steady freight, consistent miles, and competitive pay that rewards your work on the road. With modern equipment, ongoing driver support, and year-round job availability, we offer a professional driving experience focused on stability and comfort.

65 CPM base pay on all miles, with drivers averaging approximately 2,500 miles per week and hauling no-touch freight

Requirements
Valid CDL Class A license
Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
No DUI or DWI convictions within the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents on record
No excessive speeding violations (over 21 mph) in the past 3 years
Applicants must be at least 23 years old at the time of application
Benefits
65 CPM base pay, plus up to 10 CPM in performance-based bonuses
Average weekly mileage of approximately 2,500 miles
Home time every two weeks to support a balanced work–life schedule

Paid Time Off (PTO) with a flexible time-off policy
$2,500 sign-on bonus
Clean DOT inspection bonus: $100
Driver referral bonus: $2,000
Extra stop pay: $50 per additional stop
Empty miles paid at the same CPM rate as loaded miles
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for every 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
