You will work with modern, well-maintained equipment and receive support from an experienced operations team, helping you stay focused on your runs and maintain a consistent schedule.

Base pay of 65 CPM on all miles, with drivers averaging approximately 2,500 miles per week and hauling no-touch freight.

Additional pay for clean DOT inspections and for completing orientation.

Around 90% of our fleet consists of Peterbilt 579 trucks, along with Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo models.
Multiple dry van openings in Newport News and surrounding regions, available throughout the year.
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A licence
At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR driving experience
No DUI or DWI within the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents on record
No excessive speeding violations (21+ mph over the limit) in the last 3 years
Must be at least 23 years old at the time of application
Benefits
65 CPM base pay with the opportunity to earn up to an additional 10 CPM in bonuses
Average weekly mileage of approximately 2,500 miles
Home time every two weeks

Clean inspection bonus: $100
Referral bonus: $2,000
Additional stop pay: $50 per extra stop
Empty miles paid at the same CPM rate as loaded miles
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 per 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
