Base pay of 65 CPM for all miles, with drivers averaging around 2,500 miles per week and running no-touch freight.
$2,500 sign-on bonus, high-paying referral rewards for each qualified driver you refer.
Additional compensation for clean DOT inspections and completing onboarding.

Around 90% of our fleet consists of Peterbilt 579 trucks, along with Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo models.
Multiple dry van vacancies available in New York City and nearby areas year-round.
Valid CDL Class A license
Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR driving experience
No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding violations (21+ mph over the limit) in the past 3 years
Applicants must be at least 23 years old at the time of application
65 CPM base rate, with up to 10 CPM in additional bonuses
Drivers average approximately 2,500 miles per week
Home every two weeks, supporting a balanced work–life schedule

Paid Time Off, offering flexibility to rest and recharge
$2,500 sign-on bonus
Clean DOT inspection bonus: $100
Driver referral bonus: $2,000
Extra stop pay: $50 for each additional stop
Empty miles paid at the same CPM as loaded miles
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for every 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
