Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
Prior flatbed driving experience required
No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents on record
No excessive speeding citations (21+ mph over the limit) in the last 3 years
Must be at least 23 years old at the time of application
Benefits
Earn 70 CPM on all miles driven
Additional +10 CPM for running 11,000+ miles per month
Receive payment for every load, regardless of tarp requirements
Steady freight and consistent miles nationwide
Benefits package including health, dental, and vision
401(k) retirement plan
Paid time off
Home time schedule: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home
Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
Driver Referral Bonus: $2,000
Extra Stop Pay: $50 per additional stop
Detention Pay: $15/hour after the first 2 hours
Layover Pay: $100 per 24-hour period
Orientation Pay: $150
