HMD Trucking is hiring for a dry van truck driving job in Minneapolis and nearby areas. Our dry van division keeps drivers moving with steady freight, strong miles, and pay that matches your time on the road. You’ll be driving well-maintained equipment with a consistent flow of loads throughout the year.

What Sets HMD Apart:
Base pay of 65 CPM for all miles, with drivers averaging around 2,500 miles per week and hauling no-touch freight.
$2,500 sign-on bonus and high referral rewards for every qualified driver you bring on board.
Additional pay for clean DOT inspections and completed onboarding.
A supportive team and reliable equipment to keep you moving efficiently.
Around 90% of our fleet consists of the Peterbilt 579, along with Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo trucks.
Multiple dry van openings in Minneapolis and nearby areas, available year-round.
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience required
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
65 CPM base pay with up to 10 CPM in potential bonuses
Average of 2,500 miles per week

Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
