Requirements
A valid CDL Class A license is required.
Applicants must have at least 1 year of CDL-A OTR driving experience.
Flatbed experience is mandatory for this position.
No DUI or DWI violations within the past 5 years.
Drivers must have no more than three moving violations or three preventable accidents on record.
No history of excessive speeding (21 mph or more over the limit) within the last 3 years.
Applicants must be at least 23 years old at the time of application.
Benefits
Drivers earn 70 CPM on all miles driven, with the opportunity to increase pay by an additional 10 CPM when running 11,000+ miles per month
Receive payment for every load, regardless of tarp requirements
We provide steady freight and consistent nationwide work
Benefits package including health, dental, and vision
A 401(k) retirement plan is offered
Drivers receive paid time off
Home time is structured as two weeks on the road with two nights at home
A $100 bonus is paid for each clean DOT inspection
$5,000 sign-on bonus
Referral bonuses of $2,000 are available
Drivers are paid $50 for each additional stop
Detention pay is $15 per hour after the first two hours
Layover pay is $100 for every 24-hour period
Drivers receive $150 for orientation
