HMD Trucking is hiring dry van truck driving jobs in Memphis and nearby areas. Our dry van division offers steady freight, consistent miles, and competitive pay that rewards your work on the road. What Sets Driving with HMD Apart:
Drivers receive a 65 CPM base rate on all miles, averaging approximately 2,500 miles per week, with no-touch freight.
We provide competitive referral bonuses for every qualified driver you refer.
Drivers can earn additional pay for clean DOT inspections and for successful onboarding completion.
A supportive operations team and well-maintained equipment help ensure smooth, efficient trips.
About 90% of our fleet is the legendary Peterbilt 579. We also utilize Freightliner’s flagship Cascadia and Volvo trucks.
We offer multiple dry van positions in Memphis and nearby areas, with opportunities available year-round.
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience required
No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be 23+ years old at the time of application

Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
Orientation Pay: $150
