Requirements
Valid CDL Class A license
At least 1 year of OTR experience operating with a CDL-A
No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years
Maximum of 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding violations (21+ mph over the limit) in the past 3 years
Minimum age of 23 at the time of application
Benefits
70 CPM on all miles driven with competitive pay structure
Consistent routes allowing weekends at home
No-touch freight across all loads
Benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
Paid time off (PTO)
$2,500 sign-on bonus
Clean inspection bonus: $100
Driver referral bonus: $2,000
Extra stop pay: $50 for each additional stop
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for every 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
