HMD Trucking is hiring dry van truck driving jobs in Madison and nearby areas. Our dry van division offers steady freight, reliable miles, and competitive pay that reflects the effort you put in on the road. Requirements
Valid CDL Class A license
At least 1 year of OTR experience with a CDL-A
No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years
A maximum of 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding violations (21 mph or more over the limit) in the last 3 years
Applicants must be 23 years of age or older at the time of application
Benefits
65 CPM base pay, with up to 10 CPM in performance-based bonuses
Drivers average approximately 2,500 miles per week
Home every two weeks, supporting a balanced work-life schedule

Clean DOT inspection bonus: $100

Additional stop pay: $50 per extra stop
Empty miles paid at the same CPM rate as loaded miles
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for each 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
