HMD Trucking is hiring for a dry van driver job in Louisville and nearby areas. Our dry van division keeps drivers running with steady freight, consistent miles, and pay that matches the work you put in. You’ll be driving well-maintained, modern trucks, with loads lined up and a team that keeps you moving without unnecessary downtime. Freight is stable year-round, so you can count on regular work and predictable schedules.

What Sets HMD Apart:
Base pay of 65 CPM for all miles, with drivers averaging around 2,500 miles per week and running no-touch freight.
$2500 sign-on bonus, high-paying referral bonuses for every qualified driver you refer.
Additional pay for clean DOT inspections and onboarding completion.

About 90% of our fleet consists of the well-known Peterbilt 579; we also use Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo trucks.

Requirements
Valid CDL Class A
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience required
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
65 CPM base pay with up to 10 CPM in potential bonuses
Average of 2,500 miles per week

Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
