Flatbed is one of our core divisions, and our flatbed jobs in Little Rock, AR provide drivers with steady freight, well-maintained equipment, and long-term career opportunities within a stable nationwide company.

Requirements
Valid CDL Class A license
At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR driving experience
Previous flatbed experience is require
No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years
A maximum of 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents on record
No excessive speeding citations (21+ mph over the limit) in the last 3 years
Applicants must be 23 years of age or older at the time of application
Benefits
70 CPM paid on all miles driven
Opportunity to earn an additional 10 CPM when running 11,000+ miles per month
Paid on every load, regardless of tarp requirements
Steady freight and consistent work across the United States
Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage
401(k) retirement plan
Paid time off
Home time: 2 weeks on the road, followed by 2 nights at home
Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $100
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
Driver Referral Bonus: $2,000
Extra stop pay: $50 per additional stop
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for each 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
