HMD Trucking is hiring for a dry van truck driving job in Little Rock and surrounding areas. Our dry van division provides steady freight, consistent miles, and competitive pay that reflects the effort you put in on the road. With modern equipment, ongoing support, and year-round job availability, we offer a professional driving environment focused on stability and driver comfort.

Requirements
Valid CDL Class A
At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding violations (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be 23 years of age or older at the time of application
Benefits
65 CPM base pay, plus up to 10 CPM in performance bonuses
Average weekly mileage of approximately 2,500 miles
Home every two weeks to support a healthy work-life balance

Clean DOT inspection bonus: $100

Empty miles paid at the same CPM rate as loaded miles
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for each 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
