Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 1 year of OTR CDL-A experience
Flatbed experience is mandatory
No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
Maximum of 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No history of excessive speeding (21+ mph over the limit) in the last 3 years
Drivers must be 23 years of age or older at the time of application
Benefits
70 CPM paid on all dispatched miles
Additional 10 CPM bonus when exceeding 11,000 miles per month
Receive payment for every load, regardless of tarp requirements
Steady freight and reliable lanes nationwide
Benefits package including health, dental, and vision
401(k) retirement plan
Paid time off
Home time schedule: 2 weeks on the road, 2 nights at home
$5,000 sign-on bonus
Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
Driver Referral Bonus: $2,000
Extra stop pay: $50 per additional stop
Detention pay: $15/hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for each 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
