Our dry van division offers steady freight, consistent miles, and competitive pay that rewards the work you put in on the road. What Makes Driving with HMD Different:
65 CPM base pay on all miles, with drivers averaging approximately 2,500 miles per week and hauling no-touch freight.
$2,500 sign-on bonus, generous referral bonuses for every qualified driver you bring to the team.
Additional pay for clean DOT inspections and for successfully completing onboarding.

Nearly 90% of our fleet is made up of the legendary Peterbilt 579, alongside Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo trucks.
Multiple dry van positions available in Jersey City and surrounding areas, with openings offered year-round.
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience required
No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) within the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
65 CPM base pay with up to 10 CPM in bonuses
Average of 2,500 miles per week
