Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR driving experience
Flatbed experience required
No DUI or DWI within the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding incidents (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be at least 23 years old at the time of application
Benefits
70 CPM paid on all miles driven
Opportunity to earn an additional 10 CPM when running 11,000+ miles per month
Paid for every load, regardless of tarping requirements
Consistent freight and steady work throughout the United States
Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, and vision coverage

Paid time off
Home time schedule: 2 weeks out / 2 nights home
$5,000 sign-on bonus
Clean inspection bonus: $100
Driver referral bonus: $2,000
Extra stop pay: $50 per additional stop
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for each 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
