HMD Trucking is hiring drivers for dry van truck driving jobs in Irving and nearby areas. Our dry van division offers steady freight, consistent miles, and competitive pay that rewards the work you put in on the road. 65 CPM base pay on all miles, with drivers averaging approximately 2,500 miles per week and hauling no-touch freight.

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum of 1 year OTR experience with a CDL-A
No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
No more than three moving violations or three preventable accidents
No excessive speeding violations (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Applicants must be at least 23 years old at the time of application
Benefits
65 CPM base pay, plus up to 10 CPM in performance bonuses
Average weekly mileage of approximately 2,500 miles
Home every two weeks to support a balanced work schedule

Paid Time Off (PTO) with a flexible time-off policy
$2,500 sign-on bonus
Clean DOT inspection bonus: $100
Driver referral bonus: $2,000
Additional stop pay: $50 per extra stop
Empty miles paid at the same CPM rate as loaded miles
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for every 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
