What Sets Driving with HMD Apart:
Base pay of 65 CPM on all miles, with drivers averaging approximately 2,500 miles per week and hauling no-touch freight.
$2,500 sign-on bonus and competitive referral bonuses for each qualified driver you refer.
Additional pay for clean DOT inspections and completing orientation.
Supportive staff and dependable equipment to help keep you running smoothly.
Around 90% of our fleet consists of Peterbilt 579 trucks, along with Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo models.
Multiple dry van openings in Huntsville and surrounding regions, available throughout the year.
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A licence
Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
No DUI or DWI within the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding violations (over 21 mph above the limit) in the last 3 years
Must be at least 23 years old at the time of application
Benefits
Base pay of 65 CPM, with up to 10 CPM available in bonuses
Average weekly mileage of 2,500 miles
Home time every two weeks

Paid time off under a flexible PTO policy
Clean inspection bonus: $100
Sign-on bonus: $2,500
Referral bonus: $2,000
Additional stop pay: $50 per extra stop
Empty miles paid at the same CPM rate as loaded miles
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 per 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
