Requirements
Valid CDL Class A license
Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
Flatbed driving experience required
No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding violations (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be 23 years of age or older at the time of application
Benefits
Earn $0.70 CPM for all miles driven
Earn an additional $0.10 CPM when running 11,000+ miles per month
Paid for every load, regardless of tarp requirements
Steady freight and consistent work across the United States
Benefits package including health, dental, and vision
401(k) retirement plan
Paid time off
Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
Referral Bonus: $2,000
Extra stops: $50 per additional stop
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for every 24 hours
Orientation pay: $150
