Requirements
Valid CDL Class A license
Minimum 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
Flatbed driving experience required
No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding violations (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be 23 years of age or older at the time of application
Benefits
Earn 70 CPM on all miles driven
Boost your earnings by an additional 10 CPM when running 11,000+ miles per month
Get paid for every load, regardless of tarp requirements
Stable freight and consistent work across the United States

Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home
$5,000 sign-on bonus
Clean inspection bonus: $100
Driver referral bonus: $2,000
Extra stops pay: $50 per additional stop
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for every 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
