HMD Trucking is hiring for dry van truck driving jobs in Garland and nearby areas. Our dry van division offers steady freight, consistent miles, and competitive pay that reflects the work you put in on the road. With modern equipment, ongoing driver support, and year-round job availability, we provide a professional driving environment built around stability and comfort.

Requirements
Valid CDL Class A license
At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR driving experience
No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years
A maximum of 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents on record
No excessive speeding citations (21+ mph over the limit) in the last 3 years
Applicants must be 23 years of age or older at the time of application
Benefits
65 CPM base pay, plus up to 10 CPM in performance-based bonuses
Drivers average approximately 2,500 miles per week
Home time every two weeks, supporting a balanced work–life schedule

Paid Time Off (PTO) with a flexible policy for rest and recovery
$2,500 sign-on bonus
Clean DOT inspection bonus: $100
Driver referral bonus: $2,000
Extra stop pay: $50 per additional stop
Empty miles paid at the same CPM rate as loaded miles
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for every 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
