Requirements
Valid CDL Class A
Minimum 1 year of OTR experience with a CDL-A license
Flatbed driving experience is required
No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding violations (21 mph or more) within the last 3 years
Must be 23 years of age or older at the time of application
Benefits
70 CPM paid on all miles driven
Opportunity to earn an additional 10 CPM when running 11,000+ miles per month
Receive payment for every load, regardless of tarp requirements
Consistent freight and steady work nationwide

Home time: 2 weeks out with 2 nights at home
$5,000 sign-on bonus
Clean inspection bonus: $100
Driver referral bonus: $2,000
Extra stop pay: $50 per additional stop
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for every 24 hours
Orientation pay: $150
