HMD Trucking is hiring OTR Dry Van drivers in Dallas, TX and nearby areas. Our dry van division offers steady freight, reliable miles, and competitive pay designed to reward your hard work on the road. With modern equipment, consistent support, and year-round job availability, we provide a professional driving experience built around stability and comfort.

Base pay of 65 CPM for all miles, with drivers averaging around 2,500 miles per week and handling no-touch freight.

About 90% of our fleet is the legendary Peterbilt 579. We also utilize Freightliner’s flagship Cascadia and Volvo trucks.
Multiple dry van openings in Dallas and surrounding regions, available throughout the year.
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience required
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
65 CPM base pay with 10 CPM in potential bonuses
Average of 2,500 miles per week
