Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum of 1 year CDL-A OTR driving experience
Prior flatbed driving experience required
No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents on record
No excessive speeding violations (21+ mph over the limit) within the last 3 years
Must be at least 23 years of age at the time of application
Benefits
Earn 70 CPM on all miles driven
Boost your earnings with an additional 10 CPM when running 11,000+ miles per month
Get paid on every load, regardless of tarp requirements
Consistent freight and steady work nationwide
Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage
401(k) retirement plan
Paid time off
Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
Referral Bonus: $2,000
Extra stops: $50 per additional stop
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for every 24 hours
Orientation pay: $150
