If you’re a skilled CDL-A driver looking for strong mileage and reliable OTR opportunities, our Bridgeport dry van positions are open and ready for qualified drivers.
Drivers earn a 65 CPM base rate on all miles, averaging approximately 2,500 miles per week, with no-touch freight.
$2,500 sign-on bonus, competitive referral bonuses are paid for each qualified driver you refer.
Additional pay is available for clean DOT inspections and successful completion of onboarding.
A supportive operations team and well-maintained equipment help keep your runs smooth and efficient.
About 90% of our fleet is the legendary Peterbilt 579. We also utilize Freightliner’s flagship Cascadia and Volvo trucks.
We offer multiple dry van openings in Bridgeport and nearby areas, with opportunities available year-round.
Valid CDL Class A license
At least 1 year of OTR experience with a CDL-A
No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents on record
No history of excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Drivers must be 23 years of age or older at the time of application
Base pay of 65 CPM, with up to 10 CPM in bonus incentives
Average weekly mileage of approximately 2,500 miles
Home time every two weeks to support work-life balance

Clean DOT inspection bonus: $100

Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for each 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
