HMD Trucking is hiring for dry van truck driving jobs in Boston and surrounding areas. Our dry van division provides steady freight, consistent miles, and competitive pay that reflects the effort you put in on the road. With modern equipment, ongoing support, and year-round job availability, we offer a professional driving environment focused on stability and comfort.

What Makes Driving with HMD Different:
65 CPM base pay on all miles, with drivers averaging around 2,500 miles per week and hauling no-touch freight.
$2500 sign-on bonus, generous referral rewards for every qualified driver you refer to HMD.
Additional pay opportunities for clean DOT inspections and successful onboarding completion.
A supportive team and well-maintained equipment focused on keeping drivers moving efficiently.
Approximately 90% of our fleet features the legendary Peterbilt 579, alongside Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo trucks.
Multiple dry van openings in Boston and surrounding regions, available throughout the year.
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience required
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
65 CPM base pay with up to 10 CPM in potential bonuses
Average of 2,500 miles per week

Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
