HMD Trucking is hiring dry van truck driving jobs in Baton Rouge and nearby areas. Our dry van division offers steady freight, consistent miles, and competitive pay that reflects the work you do on the road. With modern equipment, strong support, and year-round availability, we offer a stable and comfortable driving environment.

What Makes Driving with HMD Different:
65 CPM base pay on all miles, with drivers averaging about 2,500 miles per week and hauling no-touch freight.
$2,500 sign-on bonus, attractive referral bonuses for every qualified driver you bring to the company.
Additional pay for clean DOT inspections and for completing onboarding.

Around 90% of the fleet is made up of the iconic Peterbilt 579, along with Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo trucks.
Multiple dry van openings in Baton Rouge and surrounding regions, available throughout the year.
Requirements
Valid CDL Class A
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience required
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
65 CPM base pay with up to 10 CPM in potential bonuses
Average of 2,500 miles per week
