This role offers steady long-haul freight, reliable equipment, and full support from the HMD team. Drivers operate late-model, well-maintained trucks and trailers and receive continuous assistance 24/7 to ensure smooth and safe trips.

About 90% of our fleet is the legendary Peterbilt 579. We also utilize Freightliner’s flagship Cascadia and Volvo trucks.
Opportunity to earn more when hauling Hazmat loads.
24/7 driver support from the HMD team.
Consistent OTR freight with steady miles.
1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
Hazmat endorsement
No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
$0.65 CPM base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
Additional $0.02 CPM split when hauling hazmat
Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
Sign-on bonus: $2500

Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
Orientation Pay: $150
