Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
At least 1 year of CDL-A OTR driving experience
No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents on record
No excessive speeding incidents (21+ mph over the limit) in the past 3 years
Applicants must be 23 years of age or older
Benefits
Competitive mileage pay of 70 CPM on all miles driven
Consistent routes with weekends at home
No-touch freight assignments
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
Paid time off for rest and personal needs
$2,500 sign-on bonus
Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
Driver Referral Bonus: $2,000
Extra Stop Pay: $50 for each additional stop
Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover Pay: $100 for every 24-hour period
Paid Orientation: $150
