Requirements
Valid CDL Class A licence
Minimum of 1 year CDL-A OTR driving experience
Prior flatbed experience is required
No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years
No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents on record
No history of excessive speeding (21+ mph over the limit) in the last 3 years
Applicants must be at least 23 years of age at the time of application
Benefits
Earn 70 CPM on all miles driven
Opportunity to increase earnings by an additional 10 CPM when running 11,000+ miles per month
Receive payment for every load, regardless of tarp requirements
Consistent freight and steady work available nationwide

Home time schedule: 2 weeks out / 2 nights home
$5,000 sign-on bonus
Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
Driver Referral Bonus: $2,000
Extra stop pay: $50 per additional stop
Detention pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
Layover pay: $100 for each 24-hour period
Orientation pay: $150
