You only need to ask our current drivers what kind of miles they get on a consistent basis. No place is perfect, of course. But that is why our pay is not at the highest in the industry, yet drivers make more money with us. We have tons of freight, and almost all the loads you pull are ours. Our philosophy is that if the trucks are not rolling, no one makes money. Most drivers run under their current load with their next load preplanned ahead of them, and in all possible cases, we tell you what it will be! That’s why, you can plan ahead as well.

Pay and Benefits Package: Current as of November 5, 2007

Paid Vacation.
Breakdown pay: Reimbursement for down time is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Detention/Layover Pay: Detention/Layover pay based on length of time and amount collected from customer.
Holiday Pay: $50.00 per holiday. Driver must be available for dispatch the day before and the day after the holiday.
